Opps, I Pengsan Again!

I've not been coughing this whole morning, and that's great news for me, the sign of recovering from severe cough. But I began to cough after I had my lunch.

While I'm waiting at for the lift at the lobby, I had a little cough and continues coughing like a machine gun. I felt numb from my head till the rest of the body. My head, hands and legs began struggling and shacking. Slowly I lost my conscious and then black out.

Few seconds later, the security guard woke me up. The guard told me that I was lying on the floor with arms wide open and head facing on the floor. I rested aside to gain my conscious, my face was very in pain, I guess I must be fall down and hits on the ground very hard.

This is not the 1st time I fainted at public area. I've experienced the same incident while I was having BAH KUT TEH with my auntie last week end. I felt like coughing that, and walked myself to the pedestrian path way, and fainted there. One of the BAH KUT TEH customer realized and helps my way back to my seat. My goodness, that was dangerious.

I also encounter this problem before I was diagnosed suffering from Accute Bronchitis, severe coughing. It's started early this year. i will feel dizzy or fainted while I laugh very hard. I observed the whole process, from the time I cough/laugh and then half fainted.

When I cough, I’ll be coughing out most the air from my lung, and I felt my abdomen squeezes the fluid rushing up to the airway directing to my mouth and nose. This results that I couldn’t resume normal breathing after the cough. At the same time, presure builds in my head, I felt the numbness spreads from my head to the rest of my body. Body become weak, start struggling, shacking, and can’t stand still. After I fall down, I’m still half conscious, just like sleeping with normal breathing. Few seconds later I’ll regain my conscious. And this happen when I laught very hard. Recently there's a write up about a 3 years old boy who could die of laughing. The syndromes are quite similar to mine.

My right cheek was very pain, must be fall down and hits on the ground very hard.

I'll be returning to hospital tomorrow for following checkup. I'll talk about this problem with the physician, hopefully she'll refer me to the right specialist to diagnose the root cause of this probem happend to me.
