Actually the egg have to be fresh 1...
so that you can "kacau" it with the rice. I will be very tasty (yamm yamm...) like "Moon Light Hoo"...

I ate it twice, perhaps I can give some insight on this.

All of us know it tries to imitate original Korean stone rice, but did a very bad job.

The stone bowl can very well maintain the warmth of the rice, too well I guess, the burning hot makes the rice becomes very dry, even they do give you a sauce to pour into your rice, but it still evaporates very fast. You can always eat faster to beat the clock, but usually ends up with burnt injured tongue.

The actual meats, dishes, etc in the meal are quite little too, compare to what they advertised.
